PROGRAM MANAGER
Power Unit Division

The person in charge, reporting to the PMO Manager, will be responsible of all the activities regarding the development of the new Power Unit program by managing innovative projects in a challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities:
To be in charge of the development program coordinating the activities of a new Power Unit.
Coordinate the team to ensure the delivery according to times, costsquality required
Managing relationship with key stakeholder as well as among the department involved in the projects.
Improve all the aspects of the program delivery, material controlbudgeting.
Define the targetsthe timing of the main phases collaborating with the chief designer.

SkillsExperience:
Engineeringbusiness degree post graduate qualification as Masters degreeMBA is appreciated.
Proven experience in Automotive / Motorsport, Aerospacesimilar industry
Capability to managemotivate the team working under pressure to achieve the assigned targets
Analytical skills to read the datasummarize them in a structuredlogical way in order to take efficient decisions.
Training in a recognised programme management methodology such as Prince2MSP Managing Safe Projects
Training in lean managementsix sigma toolstechniques is a plus.
